"CPA Nerds, Lotito & Lazzara, P.C. is a certified public accounting firm located in Macomb Township, Michigan. The firm was founded by Jerry Innes and Mike Lotito in October 1992, after working together for six years at one of the oldest local CPA firms. In November 2019, Lazzara & Co. joined the firm, merging forces to better serve the Metro Detroit area. In 2023, the firm also acquired Howard I. Bleiwas & Associates, establishing a satellite office in Novi.
